Rules & Regulations
Guardians/Parents are requested to equip their children properly with educational materials i.e. book, stationery, bag and all items of uniform.
They are also requested to inform personality peculiarities peculiarities if any in their children to the class teacher and to the Principal.
Guardians/Parents are not allowed to meet their wards during School hours without the permission of the Principal.
In the interest of their own wards, guardians are requested to attend the monthly Parents-teacher meeting held on all second Saturday except during test, examination and holidays.
Guardians are requested to check the home work and diary of their wards daily.
Guardians are requested to return monthly test report within two days with their signatures.
Guardians are requested to read the teacher’s note. This will be very helpful to the progress of their children.
Guardians are requested to see that wards reach School in time. Late comers will not be allowed to enter the School.
The School will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of bicycle, moped, motor-cycle or any other vehicle/transport left UNLOCKED and insecured by the Student.
Students without proper uniform will not be permitted to attend the classes.
Every student will be present on the last and re-opening days after Summer, Winter Vacations and long holidays.
Students are required to bring their diary to the School daily.
If a Students does not appear in one or more subject in the Students (even on medical) no division or rank will be awarded.
Promotion will be considered only on the ground of total achievement in class test and examination.
19. Students are directed to take their progress card on fixed dates announced by the School. If student are unable to come to School on such day, guardians may progress card on the same day, failing which the card of their wards will be given to them during next july.
Student securing 1st, 2nd&3rd position in their classes are rewarded by the School.
Presence of all children is compulsory in the School functions.
No Student will be reexamined, if fails to appear in monthly test or other examinations.
Students who fail for two consecutive years in the same class will not be allowed to continue.
Students who break School discipline, rules and regulations may be required to leave the School and rusticated as well.
Its’s must for each student to attend all National Festival i.e. on 15th August & 26th January.
At the time of admission in next class students/guardians should bring the report card with him and show it at the time of depositing fee for the new class.
An education tour is compulsory for the student of class VI and above. Students of class V and below desirous of such tours may also be allowed, subject to prior written consent of their guardians.
